Service Conditions

Signature Steering is responsible for both accepting bookings and ensuring the provision of the journey. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver our services within the agreed time frame, as outlined in the confirmation provided to the client at the time of booking.

  1. To confirm a reservation, a valid credit card must be added to the client’s profile at the time of booking. All credit card details are stored securely via our online portal. Your credit card will be charged at the time of reservation, not on the day of travel, similar to standard practices in the airline industry. If you prefer not to have your card charged at booking, please contact our office to make alternative arrangements.

  2. For major social or corporate events, including weddings, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 14 days after the completion of the booking.

  3. All prices quoted and charged are in pounds sterling (GBP) and inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  4. If you pay by debit or credit card, the charge on your statement will appear as “Signature Steering”.

  5. Any adjustments to the original booking price, such as extra waiting time, additional hours, stops, mileage, or address changes for both pickup and drop-off locations, may incur extra charges.

  6. Car parking charges that are necessary to complete a booking will be charged at cost unless included in our Airport Meet & Greet service.

  7. Airport transfers include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the flight landing and 15 minutes of complimentary wait time for all other journeys. Additional waiting time is charged in 15-minute intervals, aligned with the hourly rate for the chosen vehicle type. Any drop-off or pick-up fees charged by airports will be added to the reservation.

  8. Tolls, parking charges, and congestion charges will be applied where necessary.

  9. Unless specified at the time of booking, Signature Steering may not always be able to accommodate changes to bookings, such as additional pickups or drop-offs, though every effort will be made to meet such requests.

  10. If our chauffeur is asked to wait at the beginning or during a journey, additional waiting time will be charged based on the hourly rate for the vehicle.

  11. Payment for account bookings is due within 10 days of the invoice date.

  12. Early Morning/Late Evening Bookings – Bookings that require a pickup between 11 pm and 6 am will incur a £35 surcharge, added to the final booking.

  13. Cleaning Fees – A £500 fee will apply for any carpet or seat burns, and a £500 sanitation fee will be charged if necessary.

  14. Alcohol Consumption – Alcohol is not permitted in any of our vehicles, and drug use is strictly prohibited.

  15. All journeys in London will start and finish at Hyde Park Corner.

  16. Vehicles cannot exceed their legal seating capacity.

  1. All bookings on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day will incur a 100% surcharge, while bookings on other public holidays will be subject to a 50% surcharge.
  2. Please note that online quotations do not account for bookings made on public and bank holidays such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. We strongly encourage clients to Contact Us for accurate quotes during these dates. A 100% surcharge applies to all journeys booked on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Eve (starting from 18:00), as well as New Year’s Day.
  1. Our cancellation policy reflects the demand and availability of our fleet. Once a booking is confirmed, we reserve the vehicle exclusively for you, turning down all other requests for that time and date.
  2. If you wish to modify your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible, or log in to our website to make changes. Any amendments or updates must be communicated directly to Signature Steering, not to the chauffeur, as their responsibility is limited to carrying out your scheduled journey. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, with any additional costs included in the updated fees and invoiced accordingly.
  3. Cancellations of pre-booked services must be made through Signature Steering either online, by phone, or via email.
  4. Cancellations – We understand that plans can change. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full payment remains due.
  5. If you or your passenger will be delayed, please inform us immediately. Extra waiting time will be billed according to the hourly rate for the vehicle.

No-Show Policy: A booking is considered a no-show if neither you nor your passenger arrives within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time without prior cancellation. In this case, the full fare is payable, excluding any additional waiting time charges.

Cancellation for Major Corporate or Social Events:

  • Weddings: Cancellations within 14 days of the event will result in forfeiting 100% of the booking fee. A 50% deposit is required upon booking, and the full amount must be settled 14 days before the wedding.
  • Other Events: Cancellations of major corporate or social events made within 14 days will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days will require full payment for the booking.
  1. Signature Steering requests a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any online bookings. If you require a vehicle with less than 12 hours’ notice, please contact our office at + (971) 566443943. Additionally, for online bookings made between 21:00 and 06:00 that are scheduled for the same time frame, we kindly ask our clients to call our office, as we cannot confirm bookings made during unsocial hours without direct communication.
  2. We will always strive to ensure that our vehicle(s) arrive promptly at the requested time and location. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failures, traffic congestion, accidents, or extreme weather. Furthermore, Signature Steering is not liable for any consequential losses arising from such delays. Our chauffeurs will take the most efficient route on the day of the journey unless specific directions are provided by the Client. In such cases, additional charges under the Payment Clause may apply. Chauffeurs will always adhere to speed limits and traffic regulations for safety reasons.
  3. Client Responsibilities:
  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of a hired vehicle. You will be billed for any necessary repairs or additional cleaning required to restore the vehicle to its original condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicles to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior is deemed a threat to the safety of the chauffeur, the vehicle, or other passengers. Signature Steering reserves the right to terminate a journey if improper or unruly behavior occurs.

Subcontracting & Insurance:

  • Signature Steering reserves the right to subcontract vehicles or chauffeurs as necessary. Both our vehicles and any subcontracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. However, any personal belongings carried by passengers are done so at their own risk, and we will not be held responsible for loss or damage to these items.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a client.

At Signature Steering, we take immense pride in our commitment to exceptional customer service. However, if we ever fall short of your expectations, please feel free to reach out to us via email at info@signaturesteering.com or write to us directly. Your feedback is important to us.

It’s important to note that tracking differs from the use or collection of information related to a website. For these purposes, tracking refers to the collection of personally identifiable information from users as they navigate across different websites over time. There is currently no uniform way for browsers to communicate the Do Not Track signal, so the Website and Services are not yet equipped to interpret or respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser. Nevertheless, as detailed throughout this Policy, we strive to limit our use and collection of your personal information.

We offer electronic newsletters that you may choose to subscribe to voluntarily at any time. We will handle the information sent via email in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all emails sent from us will clearly indicate the sender’s identity and provide clear contact information. You can opt out of receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or by contacting us directly. However, please note that you will still receive essential transactional emails.

The Website and Services may contain links to other resources that we do not own or control. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external resources or third parties. We encourage you to exercise caution when leaving the Website and Services and to read the privacy statements of any resource that may collect Personal Information.

In the event that we become aware that the security of the Website and Services has been compromised or that user Personal Information has been disclosed to unrelated third parties due to external activities, including but not limited to security attacks or fraud, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures. These may include investigations, reporting, and notifying law enforcement authorities. In the case of a data breach, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected individuals if we believe there is a significant risk of harm resulting from the breach or if notification is otherwise required by law. When this occurs, we will post a notice on the Website and send you an email.

We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms regarding the Website and Services at our discretion and will notify you of any significant changes in how we handle Personal Information. When such changes occur, we will send you an email to inform you. We may also provide notice through other methods at our discretion, such as using the contact information you have provided.
